How do I register for an upcoming training?

 

To register for an upcoming training or event please, click here. All training programs listed on our website are open to the public. Click register to view the training overview and learning objectives. If you have additional questions or to schedule a private training session for your company or team, please contact us at (469) 910-5564 or admin@movebeyondmotivation.com and a member of our training team will contact you.

 

 

What type of training courses do you offer?
 

We offer holistic training programs to meet the needs of our customers – professional, personal, spiritual, mental and emotional. Please visit our website for upcoming trainings.

 

 

We offer live, Instructor-led trainings and online instructor-led courses (webinars). Our instructor-led programs are delivered on-site at a local meeting/ training facility. Our webinars are delivered via your computer through an easy-to-use web conferencing tool (Zoom) that allows for real-time interaction between the instructor and participants. Students will screen share with the instructor and connect to the audio using VOIP or a phone. No travel is required for instructor-led, online courses.

 

 

Where are public training sessions offered?


We work to make our training programs convenient for our customers, so many of them are available online. We do also train on location, so please check your registration receipt to confirm your location before the training date, to ensure that you arrive at the scheduled destination.  

 

What should I bring to a public training session?

 

For in-class trainings, participants are encouraged to bring pen and paper and/ or a notebook for notes. If attending a webinar, you will need a laptop, Ipad, Tablet or smartphone that supports Zoom. All participants are responsible for providing their own device. Don’t forget to bring your charger to class.

 

 

 

What do I do if I have technical issues?

 

If you run into issues downloading or using Zoom, please contact their technical support team. They also have video tutorials available.

I purchased a Beyond Motivation product that was included in a zip file. How do I unzip or open it?

If you run into issues downloading zip files, follow these instructions. If you still have issues after following these instructions, please contact us.

 

 

 

Will I receive participant materials?

 

Yes, some courses come with participant manuals while others come with worksheets. For webinars participant materials will be sent to participants a week before their webinar via email. For onsite trainings, the materials will be provided onsite before the start of the training.

 

 

How do I access the courses and what are the system requirements?

 

All participants will login to their webinar via the provided link in the confirmation email that was received after registration or the reminder email that was sent a few days before your event. You will attend the course via Zoom, our virtual classroom. Click here to view Zoom’s minimum computer requirements. Please be sure to install the Zoom app or software to your device the day before your first session to avoid any hiccups that may cause you to miss the training. A download link will be included in your reminded email, just incase this is your first webinar.

 

Please note that if you aren’t in front of a computer for a webinar that your registered for, you can simply listen to the training via phone. Only do this when necessary, so that you don’t miss components of the full experience – community conversations, visuals, etc.

 

 

I don’t have a headset, what do I do? Is a headset necessary?

 

A headset with a microphone is preferable for the instructor-led, online classes (webinars). However, using your computer speakers and microphone are also an option. If neither option is available, please dial into the conference line via phone using the phone number provided in the confirmation and/ or reminder email that was received.

 

 

 

I registered for a training, but haven’t received any information. What do I do?

 

After registering for a course, you should receive a confirmation at the end. You will also receive an email a few days before the training with participant materials. If a cell number was provided, you will receive a text reminder  10 to 15 minutes before the start of your training. If for some reason you haven’t still received your course info, please contact our office immediately at However, depending on the time of your registration you may not receive your information until shortly before the first class.

 

 

Somethings come up, how do I cancel, reschedule or make changes to my Beyond Motivation training?

Please note that all sales are final, but participants needing to reschedule will be able to register for the same course offered at a later date or they can transfer their registration to another participant, provided that all applicable prerequisites have been completed.  This is no additional charge for making this change All requests must be made in  writing to admin@movebeyondmotivation.com. At least five (5) working days prior to the start of the course in which you are registered. When requesting to reschedule a registration, the customer must reschedule the course for a mutually acceptable date no later than twelve (12) weeks from the originally scheduled course(s) based on course availability. Again, refunds will not be processed in the case of a cancellation request by the customer.

***If a cancellation or rescheduling request is received less than five (5) working days before the event, or in the case of absence without any notice, the registrants training fee will be fully charged without further notification. There are no refunds for partial use of services or partial attendance.

 

 

My company is interested in scheduling a private, onsite training. How do I go about scheduling this and obtaining rate information?
